How does this work?

In short....

1. Designated person(s) of your organization will be become the administrator for your site on our systen.  They will then have the authority to upload other users from your organization and create courses or designate topic areas for various departments within your organization. Your administrators also can network with other organizations to trade entire courses, training materials, and files with one another.

   2. Your administrators then designate what roles your employees play on our system. For instructional purposes, your employees can be both students and teachers within the system based upon the courses you want to offer. For instance, Joe Smith is your organization's expert on risk analysis. Kathy Johnson is your department's expert on open records. Kathy is a student in John's risk analysis courses but is the instructor for all open records courses.

   3. You can also use BlueboardIT as a host for your organization's forms, documents, policy manuals, training materials, and media. You may have a HR Administrator, Captain, or lead trainer that acts as the forms manager that is in charge of placing your essential material on a centralized location for all to access.
